ADHC Business Philosophy - The Management of ADHC acquires existing businesses that need both capital and financial expertise to grow and can show earnings within two to three quarters after consolidation into the ADHC framework. ADHC, as a holding company does not maintain an overhead of salaries and expenses at the corporate level, but rather acquires the necessary management when it purchase a business. The function of ADHC management is to provide board audit and corporate governance functions which generally do not exist in small, fast growing or start-up businesses.
